Summary: More relaxed checking for XML RPC Content-Type value

Initial Comment:
We've run across several XMLRPC services which return the Content-Type as "Text/XML" or some other case sensitive string. The xmlrpc client doesn't deal with this situation. The solution is really simple i.e. downcase the Content-Type before compare. Patch attached.
