Embrace change, NaHi :)

IMHO, integrated documentation should be specifically opted-out
otherwise more time could be lost in later confusion when ri
says one thing and ruby is doing another.

If I notice that installs are taking longer than necessary, I'll
look for a way to reduce the time ...

... make install-nodoc should be easy to remember for hackers who
know what they're doing.
