 Yes, and because it has flags == 0, it call #write and enter in an
 infinite loop

 Yes, this mean that rb_deferr was garbage collected : the problem seems in 
 rb_gc_call_finalizer_at_exit() when ruby call

  /* run data object's finaliers */

 Apparently it run the finalizer for rb_deferr before the finalizer for the
 created object in test.c
