minor ruby-mode.el issue

It seems ruby-mode uses ^ and $ in the regexps for beginning-of-defun
and end-of-defun. I'm not sure why this is... it makes it so they never
actually work, if you indent your code at all. Simply removing the ^
makes ruby-beginning-of-defun work OK, but I'm not even sure a good way
to do ruby-end-of-defun without serious parsing and token counting.

Any emacs wizards out there?
