Thanks to www.google.com, I finally indirectly discovered that
http://www.netlab.co.jp/ruby/raa.html has a link labeled
"ruby-tk81-demos-1.1". It turns out that this contains the source code for the
Ruby version of the Tcl/Tk widget demos that I have been looking for and
asking about. However, I cannot find any reference to this in the RAA on the
Ruby home page at http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/raa.html. If this link is put
back in the new RAA, I'd recommend changing the comment to read: "The Ruby
version of the Tk 8.1 widget demos.".

By the way, is anyone working on the Ruby interface for the new Tk features in
Tcl/Tk 8.4? (http://dev.scriptics.com/software/tcltk/8.4.html)
