Solaris, OpenSSL - patch #1 - _FILE_OFFSET_BITS
Hi, This is a simple patch for ossl.h where I just moved around the ruby.h include higher up in order to avoid the warnings about FILE_OFFSET_BITS on Solaris. I pretty much just followed what was done in ruby-core: 1011.
