Should we re-implement some BTS(Bug Tracking System) by Ruby itself?
I only have a proposal for a name:-) "Ladybug"

Because Jitterbug(dance) is originally developed for Samba, we should 
name such BTS in Ruby after something small, rounded and red. Also 
it should contain string "bug"
